How to integrate legacy application with Dynamic CRM

by Jean-Rene Roy 17. October 2013 08:00

I just started a new job at CCA on a CRM project. My job will be to integrate the old legacy application data and also production legacy application with the new Dynamic CRM.  This is common thing when you implement a new CRM application.  But how do you integrate a VB6 application with CRM?

Well the solution is to create a RESTful API that will act as an interface tween the legacy application and the CRM application. Which raise the questions, what is the guideline to create that API?

I do have an idea but I will be attending my friend (author and MVP) at DevTeach Vancouver that will show just that.

Best Practices for Designing RESTful API
